About
About Dream Grants
We believe our partners are best equipped to support the communities they serve, tackling the tough societal issues for which they were designed. As part of our mission, we consider funding projects our partners are passionate about and have a plan for. Grant applications are by invitation only. If you would like your project to be reviewed for grant access, please email abeisiegel@sffcfoundation.org. Approved grants are budgetary and reimbursable as expenses occur and are reported — funding is not provided up front.
Grant Criteria
